What are your paddles made of?Pastel Poisons paddles and floggers are made from almost entirely reclaimed materials (with the exception of materials that would impact hygiene), so the material between each item can vary between soft, hardwoods and laminates, depending on availability. Every single batch gets rigorously tested to break point, which is FAR beyond the scope of use at even the roughest play. Only the best materials make the cut for my items.

Do you take custom orders?Absolutely! If you want something special, you can either contact me via the form on the main page, email me at pastelpoisons@gmail.com or find my custom inquiry form in the shop under 'Curious Customs.
-
What payment methods do you accept?I accept PayPal, bank deposit and cash/card at events. I am also willing to work in trade! If you want to make an offer, message me!
-
Do you do discreet shipping? At this point, all packages go via AusPost, so the only information they will contain is "RoseDawn" as the sender, the return address, and your details. There are no markings or logos to identify where your package came from. The longer Diddle sticks are packed in cardboard tubes (with either packing paper or bubble wrap for protection), while the Pounders are likewise bubblewrapped and sent in a post sachel. For more information on shipping details, check out the Shipping and Returns page, which can be found on the bottom pink bar of the site.

What is your returns policy?Any purchases from Pastel Poisons leave you protected under Australian Consumer Law. I will offer a refund, repair or replacement in the event that your item is faulty under fair use, and dependent on whether the fault can be repaired. If the item is faulty, the item may need to be returned to me before I can process a refund. I can not offer a refund, replacement or swap in the event that you've change your mind about the item, the person you purchased it for doesn't like it, etc. Whilst all due care is taken, I also can not control items lost in the post. All packages posted through AusPost come with automatic tracking details, however it is up to the customer to supply me with correct details upon purchase. In the event that you are not eligible for a a refund, return or repair, I may be able to offer a discount code for a future purchase. Please see the Shipping and Handling page for more details.

How long will my order take?So this one is a little tricky. If you're purchasing a pre-made item/item I have in stock, then your order will be shipped usually within the week. Sometimes there can be a little wiggle room, depending on whether my health allows me to get to the post office, but a week is a pretty firm processing time. If you're purchasing a custom paddle, expect minimum two weeks for production, on top of processing and postage time. If you're putting forward a custom order, however, I will personally be in contact with you and will keep you updated on the progress as I go. Obviously around peak holiday periords, shipping may be a little longer due to the demand on postal services.

Can I see the items in person? At this point in time, my items are only really available to view at markets and events. Due to my living arrangements, it's not possible for me to bring clients into my workshop to view them, except under exceptional circumstances. All the items I have available will be listed online in the store. Alternatively, if you'd like to see them in person, follow the Facebook page (which you can find at the bottom of this page in the pink bar) for updates on which events I'll be attending!
