Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped both within Australia and internationally via Auspost at this point in time. Due to the nature of my disability, there can be up to a week in processing time before your order is shipped. I do ask you take this into account before ordering. When an order is completed and posted, you will be issued a tracking number so you can follow up on your order!

All items are packed in discreet black-wrap packaging, with adequate bubble wrap to bemuse even the most astute postman. I try to make use of recycled packaging materials where I can. If you require more than the usual level of discreet packaging, please leave me a note at checkout, and I'll do my absolute best :)

At this point, international orders are unfortunately quite expensive due to the rates I'm charged here. If you'd like a quote for a specific item to see if I can get a better shipping price via another carrier, please don't hesitate to message me and I'll see what I can do.


Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the items, I am unable to offer a return or exchange for items if you have simply changed your mind, or something "has come up". Because items are used in an intimate sense, I can not restock or resell an item after it has been posted. If you're unhappy with a product you have received, please do not hesitate to contact me.


You are entitled to a refund if:

- The item is significantly different to the way it is described online (ie. I've sent out a different item)

- The item doesn't do what it's supposed to do (like a paddle that somehow can't be used to hit? Idunno.)

- The item is broken or damaged

In the event that the delivery service loses or damages your items, please get in touch. You may first be required to submit an insurance claim via the company, however I will do what I can to resolve the situation. As most of my items are one-of-a-kind, I may not be able to offer a direct remake or replacement, but may be able to offer a replacement of equal value or a refund.

I can NOT offer a replacement or refund if you have given me the wrong postage details, so please ensure all your details are correct at checkout.
